Avenue East Cobb operates 7 days a week. 10:00AM - 9:00PM on weekdays and 9:00AM - 5:00PM on weekends. Esthetician Position Overview: Responsible for evaluating clients’ skincare needs and then providing on-brand, effective, educational, safe, customized and luxurious facials. You are responsible for generating repeat clients and members. Also responsible for providing product recommendations to their clients to help them develop an effective at-home skincare regimen between Faced visits. Reports To: Studio Director Primary Duties: Generate repeat clients and members Provide safe, effective, customized, on-brand, timely facials Share skincare knowledge with clients and help educate them on their specific skincare type and best practices Create a relaxing, luxurious and tailored customer experience Meet the highest sanitation standards Pursue ongoing education and stay on top of new industry findings Document work Follow-up with clients Maintain professionalism at all times Job Qualifications: 1-3+ years of experience offering facials Experience with advanced facial massage techniques, light chemical peels, clean products, and electrical tools such as Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, LED, high frequency, skin scrubber etc. preferred Deep- and growing- knowledge of skincare and clean beauty with the ability to communicate the basic science of skin and principles of skincare to clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to easily commute to studio License Requirements: Valid Georgia State Board of Cosmetology Esthetician License Other: Ability to work independently and with a team Attention to detail Client-first mentality Team player Strong time management Personable attitude Maintain good standing with your professional esthetics license in the state of Georgia
