IDOLIZE Brows and Beauty is a boutique spa providing quality high demand beauty services nationwide. IDOLIZE® [East Hanover, NJ] is looking for Threading Technicians who are highly motivated and experienced that can thrive in a high traffic environment. The individual must have the passion and confidence to reach out to clients to offer any threading needs and can educate the client with what the brand offers. Must Promote the Brand as well as maintaining a welcoming attitude.

Threaders who apply for this position will need to have experience in the following areas and a willingness to learn our brand's techniques.

• Brow and Facial Threading Experience.

Requirements:

• Eyebrow threading experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Licensed requirements based on NJ State Board.
• Computer Skills
• Customer Service Skills

Desired Skills:

Managerial:
• Ability to assist in brand, culture, and protocol building to ensure the increase in
quality of service and revenue for the Spa
• Able to optimize the Spa schedule as needed for proper daily coverage and to ensure
Spa clientele needs are met.
• Team building and ability to effectively delegate responsibilities. Ability to cross-train employees.
• Spa Manager will ensure that IDOLIZE Core Values are being met and followed by each staff
member
• Ability to handle and resolve client concerns.
Operational:
• Responsible for proper Check In/Out Process of clients, as well as cash handling of all spa
deposits.
• Responsible for proper stocking and ordering of inventory.
• Able to manage multiple Estheticians, Lash Techs, and increase the revenue in these service
sectors.
Sales:
• Must be sales driven/motivated! Upselling and Cross-selling capabilities is a must!
• Responsible for the monitoring of Spa Revenue (sales) daily, weekly, and/or monthly; driving
sales to increase revenues.
• Willingness to provide excellent customer service and experience for every client to ensure
expectations are met and/or exceeded.
• Required to answer every phone call that comes into the Spa.
• Ability to rebook all appointments as necessary and ensure the Spa appointment book is filled.
• Must be able to educate and engage staff on IDOLIZE sales strategies to optimize Spa revenue.
• Ability to meet productivity rates of Estheticians and Lash Technicians.
Marketing:
• Responsible for posting content on social media platforms including advertisements, videos, Spa
availability, etc.
• Willingness to upsell within the Spa vicinity.
• Responsible for updating internal marketing collateral.
• Must be able to promote all IDOLIZE services to incoming clientele; this includes telephonically,
in person, and through social media platforms
